Bolster provides low-voltage, security, automation, and turnkey construction solutions defined in your approved proposal. Any variations will be documented for your review.

2. Collaboration

• We rely on accurate site information, access, and required permits from the client.
• Change requests may affect scope, schedule, or investment; we’ll align on adjustments before proceeding.
• Progress reviews or milestone sign-offs ensure every phase meets your expectations.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Quoted pricing is valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
• Deposits, milestone invoices, and final payments follow the project schedule in your agreement.
• Custom-ordered materials become non-refundable once procurement begins.

4. Warranties & Support

Manufacturer warranties apply to installed products. Bolster also offers maintenance and remote support packages to keep your systems optimized long-term.

5. Privacy & Confidentiality

Project information is treated per our Privacy Policy. We do not share confidential details without your consent.

6. Liability

We cannot be responsible for delays or damages caused by third parties, supply issues, or causes beyond our control. Let us know any concerns promptly so we can respond together.
